Import Email Attachments:
Pick a case from the drop-down menu you would like the document to be attached to.
At the bottom of the window, you can check whether the case options are just cases you handle or any open case. You can also search for a specific case.
Open Outlook and find the email you need to insert the attachment. Click on it to highlight it.
In the File and Email Drop window select "Import Email Attachments."
**Please note you cannot drag and drop and individual attachment from an email. Please use the "Import Email Attachments" button.
Now, when you select that specific case in Longbow, the documents, emails, and attachments will be readily accessible for you.
