For the blog post this week we will be discussing Adobe Acrobat's features!
Sharing on Adobe Acrobat
Adobe Acrobat has incredible capabilities when it comes to editing documents and images. But another feature Adobe has is file sharing. Often when working on a document you need a way to share it with colleagues or clients. Aside from emailing it back and forth over and over again, Adobe allows you a quick and easy way to share a document. Follow the steps below:
Open the document in Adobe
Click on the sharing options in the top right corner
Choose how to share (email, link, or invitation)

When you have multiple files it can be hard to locate all of them and stay organized. Files get lost and I can't be irritated always be toggling between tabs and documents. Adobe Acrobat allows you to combine files so they are all located together. Follow the easy steps below:
Open Adobe Acrobat
Go to File click "Create"
Select "Combine Files into a Single PDF"
Click "Add Files" in the upper left of the screen
Search for the PDF files you want to combine
Select a file and click "Open"
Repeat steps 5 and 6 for additional files
Click "Combine Files"
Click Save > Name the file > Click Save
Miscellaneous
Adobe Acrobat has many little features for users to utilize. For instance, you can use Kiosk Mode and present your PDF as a PowerPoint by clicking View < Full Screen. You can also use Adobe's various protection features. Simply go into The Tools bar and you can password-protect files, deny copy access, redaction, and restrict types of edit access. You can also create custom stamps that you frequently use for your documents. Go to "Tools" > "Comment" > "Stamps" > "Custom Stamps." Finally, you can create fillable forms through Adobe. To make these interactive forms using Acrobat's form field tools simply go to "Tools" > "Prepare Form" and follow the steps to add text fields, checkboxes, and more. You can also import form data, making it easier to manage submissions.
