What are Managed Services?Managed services is the proactive practice of outsourcing IT management responsibilities and functions. By taking a proactive stance with your network security, systems, and application patching, and by employing comprehensive backup and recovery services. Our Managed Services provides businesses with 24-hour monitoring to immediately identify and correct potential issues as well as to provide remote and onsite maintenance and support.
What size firms do you work with?We specialize in firms between 3 and 100 total staff. If you have less than three users, we can provide service you as long as you pay the 3 user price.
Do you really provide new computers with your service? How does that work?Yes we do! If you have any computers that are more than 5 years old we replace them automatically as long as the computer is covered under the Virtual IT Department plan. We do one computer per month for firms with 12 or less users. For firms with more we divide the number by 12 and replace that number per month.
What if I already have a Microsoft 365 subscription?We transfer the billing to us and the cost is then included in the total monthly fee. This also allows us to provide certain enterprise level security features that are only available to Microsoft Partners.
